2-9-10 I had my first therapy session today and Robert said he will be discharging me next week. So that was fast! I didn't train today. I didn't feel well. I dieted though! I feel like I'm getting leaner by the minute. That is good. It's been awhile! I will hit shoulders tomorrow, back, chest, biceps and triceps over the weekend with cardio galore! Time to eat and sleep! 

2-5-10 I've been pretty consistant this week with my training. I've got to get one extra hour of cardio tonight but that's okay. I look forward to the results. I've been dealing with some hip problems and am in physical therapy with the best therapist ever! Bravo Robert! He said he can get me back to full mobility in 2 weeks! So for now I cannot run, but I can kill some elliptical! I will! 

7-15-09 Well it is Wednesday, and I just did legs at the wellness center at MSU. It was AWESOME! They have a butt blaster(and a plethora of other equipment for legs that makes it a wonderful place to workout)!! Mike assigned a million leg presses, and I was successful getting all my training in today. I am resolved to take it one day at a time. I am trying to keep my focus and tap into my true potential. But that takes patience and time. I plan on coming back stronger and more conditioned and better than I've ever competed before. I will still thought take it one day, meal, hour, sip of water at a time.

7-11-09 Okay, admittedly, I haven't kept up with this part. I decided to take an extra long off season. I'm busy training and trying to build muscle. There are some things I need to get mastered before I compete again. We are training at the wellness center today. I thing sprints are in store. YIPPEE!! I like lifting there because I can focus on my game and there aren't people staring. I like that I can focus on pushing, pulling, my muscle fibers, breathing and visualizing my physique. YUP! Gettin BIGGER! DRUG FREE for LIFE!

6-3-09 We trained shoulders today. I noticing an increase in strength and size, naturally! I've got a ways to go until I start getting vascular again. I found a new way to eat my orange roughy to were it doesn't suck as much. I'm have trouble getting enought water in my system. I think I'm too busy.  

2008

4-24-08-Just got up and about to hit cardio and then meet my training partner at the gym. We are doing chest today. Everything is good so far. I trained chest with my partner; we had a good time. Afterwards, I ran a couple of miles and did sprints. My diet has been good. And I'm drinking my water today and taking my supplements. I taking it one day at a time. I will write soon.

4-26 thru 4-27- Been out of town so I cannot get the cardio I need. I dieted good though. I've lost more weight. I will get back on track as soon as my feet hit the ground of my home town.

4-28-08- I got a new diet this weekend, so I've been adjusting to the new plan. I got all my cardio in today. I didn't weight train, but I usually take Mondays off. I been eating clean all day. My cardio kicked butt! So tomorrow is weights, cardio, and my Booty class. YIPPEE! 

5-3-08- We just got done with cardio. Now we are about to go to Gold's to train legs; then one more session of cardio. I'm about 7 weeks out. I practiced posing today, and I really need to start doing that more. It's hard to hold your body in those positions. My goal is to hold  for 5-10 minutes. I'll write later. It's later. We finished a grueling leg workout. I don't think I'm in the mood to do anymore cardio today. I think I will have a make-up session tomorrow.

5-4-08- Well I was up bright and early. James has a bad headache. So he can't train today. I got my first session of cardio in. I burned 507 caleries. Now I have to get about 193 more to make my goal. I don't know about weights today; we will see. I'll write later. It's later. I stayed on my diet all weekend, which is hard because on the weekends one is out of their routine, but I made it!

5-5-08- Got up this morning and got on the treadmill for some cardio. I'm trying to decide whether to weight train today or tomorrow. I'm feeling tired. I think it is the weather. My diet is good. I just need to get some more water in my system. I'm going to go do another session of cardio. I'll write later. 

5-7-08- Okay so it is the 7th. I did my cardio and trained my back and biceps. I've go another session tonight. My diet has been clean, and I need to get some more water in my body. I felt strong today, and I also felt like I had more energy. Will write soon. 

5-8-08- Got my cardio in and about to weight train. I've got to work and then I will try to finish off some more cardio. My water could be better, but my diet is great! I'm cooking orange roughy now! YUMMMY! Will write soon. 

5-12-08- Got off and running today and that is literal. I don't weight train on Mondays; I usually just do cardio, and I have one more session. I've been eating clean so that is good for me. It was mothers day yesterday and the temptation was STRONG! I managed to get down to 116, but that is still alittle behind schedule. So I have resolved to make Chicago a sort of 'warm-up' show, and hopefully in Vegas I'll be in better condition. So one more session to go. I'll write more later.

5-15-08- Got all my training done today. I've been trying to burn 700 caleries from cardio alone per day. So I should be dropping weight every 5 days. My diet changes this week so that is cool. I just got a new workout partner and she is so awesome. I've been eating clean and that is the norm. Ummmm...Just working out all the time. I'm alittle tired but that is normal. I'll write soon; I've got to prep for Friday. Good night. 

5-16-08- I didn't train this morning, so that will be something I will have to do. I'll write later.

5-20-08- I'm up early and about to get my food prepped for the day. I have been consistant and getter more in the zone. I got a diet change on Sunday and it is a typical contest diet. I getting more vascular, but still full. The look this year is not too lean it is actually really full, so that won't be a problem since I'm a big girl anyway. I'll try to write later, God willing. Well it's later and I've completed all my training for the day. I just have water and my meals to complete. Yeah for me! 

5-20-08 thru 5-22-08-My training is ON!! I have been strict with my cardio, diet and training. What I say? I'm looking good.

5-23-08- I did alittle cardio today but had bad news and didn't feel like doing anything else.

5-24-08- I started out the day strong. I did my cardio. I'm about to go to the gym and train. My diet is good. And everything is on track. I will write later. Blessings. It's later. I did chest today and finished off with more cardio and tanning, yes, tanning. I usually start about 1 month out. So everything went okay today.

5-25-08- We had a prayer session and bible reading today. It was cool! God said so many profound things! We ran bleachers and that was hard! Then we topped it off with some sprints. It is leg day! This is one of my favorite days. Well I have to go eat some orange roughy and asaparagus! YUMMY! I will write later.  

5-26-08- I started out the day getting my cardio in but haven't done my second session. No weights today. I haven't been on my meal plan either today. That's okay. I think God understands. Have a great day!

5-27-08- I'm on track today I actually need to eat real quick. Training went well. I did shoulders and cardio. I just have one more session tonight. Take care and God Bless. 

5-28-08 thru 6-1-08- I'm totally recapping but basically I had surgery and wasn't able to train up to full speed. I started training again the day after. I did legs saturday, rested sunday. Dieting is hard when other stuff is going on, but I tried my best.

6-2-08- I am on track. I fininshed all my training (cardio, weights, posing, cardio) before 12pm. Good huh? I still need to tan tonight. Dieting is good and everything is going well. All I can do is my best; I'm not running this race against ANYONE else but me. And with all things considered. I'm doing pretty darn good! Amen! 

6-3-08- I did all my training, dieting, and water. Everything is good.

6-4-08- I did all my training, dieting, and water. I've had a wonderful day. I got a chance to be in a commercial for Golds! 

6-5-08- I didn't start out the day of what some would think was typically strong, but I did pray and put my armor of God on. My diet was a bit off kilter this morning, but I'm on track now. I'm not weight training today; my body is tired. Just 2 cardio sessions. One at 1pm and the other at 7pm. Weights are tomorrow. Currently cooking  flounder! YUMMY! 

 7-2-08- I got up and did bleachers, chest, and cycled. My legs feel like raw hamburger meat, so I think I'm going to take an easy with my evening cardio. I'm excited that my diet will change this weekend. Tuna is kicking my tail. TTFN!
